Paddy Staffs is a traditional Irish Cottage situated just 5 miles from the small seaside village of Spiddal, Connemara in County Galway. The City of Galway, with all its shops, restaurants and night life, is just 22Km, a mere 20 minute drive. A small beach with rock pools is just a short walk to the end of the road. Fishermen will be delighted with the location of Paddy Staffs Cottage and walkers will find the coastal paths ideal for some good exercise. If you would rather not cook then Spiddal village offers a good selection of Irish restaurants and pubs(with traditional music), as well as a Chinese restaurant and take away. The cottage itself, with views of the sea, sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and provides a sitting room and dinning room. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, china and labour saving devices. There is a small garden with a barbeque area for those fine evenings and an open fire in the sitting room for those chillier evenings. A supply of peat is provided.
