This beautifully built house is situated just outside the coastal village of Waterville overlooking Lough Currane with its early Christian Monastery. Waterville is known worldwide for its 18 hole championship golf course which is rated among the top links courses in the world. It has been played by some of the greats of golf, including Woods, Els, Furyk, O'Meara, Faldo, Player, Floyd and Stewart. There are wonderful walks in the vicinity, for the leisurely walker and the hill walker, as well as fishing (deep-sea, shore and lake), cycling, and tennis. Nestled on the famous Ring of Kerry, access to beautiful Blue Flag beaches, lofty mountains and great food and traditional entertainment in local restaurants, hotels and pubs is only minutes away. A trip to Skellig Michael, a UNESCO World Heritage site can be arranged locally. Killarney National Park with its beautiful lakes and mountain scenery is a must for any visitor to the area. The family holiday maker along with the artist, archaeologist, antiquarian and botanist will find numerous attractions on their doorstep to delight them.

Cancellation & Termination Policy
42 days prior to arrival: 30% of rental cost
21 days prior to arrival : 60% of rental cost
14 days prior to arrival : 90% of rental cost
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental cost
If we manage to relet the property in this period we will refund 75% of the cost on the basis that we will have to discount the property in order to let it at short notice.
