The property is on the Owenriff river which flows through the village of Oughterard and into the famous brown trout lake of Lough Corrib

The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with a beautiful park area in front of it. A short walk will bring you to the village where there are many pubs, restaurants and shops.

The house is very spacious with two reception rooms, a large kitchen with sunroom, four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, a bathroom and utility with shower room – there is a oil-fired central heating as well as a stove and an open fire in the reception rooms.

Location Oughterard is located 17 miles from Galway on the N59. It is called the Gateway to Connemara since it marks the beginning of the Connemara region which is famous for its scenery, walking, heritage and fishing delights.
