From Cahersiveen town turn north-west down Bridge Street, across the brige. Continue for approx 1 km until the road turns into a T-junction. Turn left to go another 3kms until there is a road turning done to the left towards Ballycarbery Castle. The house in the first house on the left hand side, it is surrounded by large hedging and some pine trees. There is a large hedged laneway into the house. This area is a well recognised archaelogical area as well as boasting of three beaches in the immediate vivinity of the house.
